Error Installing Audio Driver

Hi All, I formated my pc and could install all of drivers successful except for the Audio driver. Please see attached txt file for my PC information. By looking at the txt file, my Audio driver is 82801EB/ER (ICH5/ICH5R) AC'97 Audio Controller I went to www.Realtek.com and downloaded a driver.
