Compiling Alsa With 2 Cards

Hi, I'd like to compile alsa with the support for 2 cards 1. audiophile 2496 ./configure --with-cards=ice1724 --with-sequencer=yes 2. tascam us122 ./configure --with-cards=usb-usx2y --with-sequencer=yes so how should this line look like to combine the support for 2 cards? edit: is it possible to enable midi at the same time? thank you...
