Realtek HD Audio Driver

I am not allowed to remove it nor do I know how to setup the Audio Driver to work, keep getting an error on install that states a error has occured after getting to 90% I have tried re-installing the driver both from the manufacturer and the software that came with the ne motherboard but neither works.
