Audio Driver Wont Install

i just got my computer all together and xp loaded on but i can't get the audio drivers installed. my mobo is GIGABYTE GA-X38-DS4. i've installed the uaa driver, or at least it says it's installed but every time i try to install the realtek audio driver i get this message "install realtek audio driver failure !!." when i turn on my computer it tells me there's new hardware that needs to...
